At Sparrow Massage we are a tight knit, heart-led team delivering elevated, spa-level mobile massage experiences.

We are currently hiring two licensed massage therapists who are available on weekends and are excited to contribute to a growing, collaborative mobile practice.
This is an ideal position for therapists who value autonomy while operating within a high-standard, team-oriented environment.
We are looking for therapists who embody:
• Spa-level etiquette and presentation
• Warm, grounded professionalism
• Clear and consistent communication
• Reliability and punctuality without exception
• Emotional maturity and non-avoidant communication
• Team-building energy and willingness to participate in occasional meetings or check-ins
• A genuine love for the craft of massage
Required Qualifications
To be considered, you must have:
• Current State or National Massage License
• Active Liability Insurance with Additonal Insureds
• Weekend availability
• A reliable vehicle suitable for mobile work
• Working smartphone with diligence in checking messages
• Comfort using scheduling software (Calendar + MassageBook)
• Your own professional-grade equipment including:
– Massage table
– Clean sheets and oil/cream
– Table warmer
– Hand towels and hand soap
• Substance-free lifestyle with no history of abuse issues
• Strong personal accountability and transparency

Bonus Skills
If you also teach yoga, sound healing, breathwork, or other movement and meditative practices, we are continuously expanding offerings and welcome practitioners with multidimensional skill sets.
