Policies
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All services require advance booking and prepayment. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Secure online payment is required to reserve your session.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be charged in full.
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. These fees are charged by third-party processors and are not returned to Sparrow Massage Sedona.
LATE ARRIVAL
If client is not available at the scheduled appointment time, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. Full session fees still apply.
TRAVEL AND LOCATION
Services are provided at the client’s home or vacation rental. Please ensure the space is quiet, accessible and ready at the scheduled time. We arrive 15-20 minutes prior to appointment time to setup. Please be at your location at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. Travel beyond the standard service area may require additional fees.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions prior to their session. Services may be adjusted or declined for safety reasons. We ask that proper bathing and sanitization happen before your session.
PROFESSIONALISM
Sparrow Massage Sedona maintains a strictly professional environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund.
LICENSING & INSURANCE
All massage services are provided by licensed and insured practitioners and are compliant with all applicable Arizona state and City of Sedona laws and regulations.
