Matt
Hi, I'm Matt Schindler, and I've been a massage therapist for almost 20 years. I started out in South Orange County, California, working at incredible places like the Ritz-Carlton and Miraval. I really love what I do, there's nothing better than helping someone feel better than they did before their massage.
I grew up in the Phillipines and Brazil, which gave me a love for travel, people and different cultures. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me outside. I love hiking, surfing, and playing golf. I've always been into sports and played college and two-man beach volleyball. Being active and conneced to nature keeps me balanced and inspired.

Rebekah
“The art of being still and quiet with ourselves is an act of rebellion against the very things that make us miserable, sick, exhausted, and broken. Stillness is a way of rewilding ourselves. Of shaking free of the “civilized” cultural constructs that keep us from our inner knowing, our inner wisdom and our inherent wholeness. All the doing in the world doesn’t do that- just being is the thing that frees us.” -Caitlin Cady
With over 12 years of experience, Rebekah’s heart for teaching resonates deeply within the container of Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra practices. A session with Rebekah is like an enormous deep breath for your nervous system- a space that creates permission to soften, let go, accept, and witness whatever surfaces with grace and ease. A welcoming invitation that is immersed in curiosity, gentleness, and cultivates deeper understanding. Through various asana shapes, Rebekah guides individuals on a parasympathetic journey as they explore and become acquainted with their personal “soft edge”, supported along the way with a collection of blocks, bolsters, and blankets. Time invested in any of these nourishing practices is a reminder to us all that resting is just as powerful as doing.
